HUNGER GAMES PHILIPPINES

What started out as a fansite dedicated to The Hunger Games trilogy, Hunger Games Philippines (HGP) soon expanded to a fan organization that caters to the needs of the Hunger Games fans in the Philippines.

As we continue to bring the latest news and updates on The Hunger Games through HGP’s fansite, we also provide more avenues for HG fans to show their passion for the trilogy by facilitating the interaction of the tributes with one another, and by hosting various activities and contests which the tributes can participate in.

In 2011, HGP became part of a bigger community when HGP became a member of Panem World. Panem World is an international fan site and community managed by international Hunger Games fansites from 13 countries around the world, namely: Brazil, Chile, Estonia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, and of course Philippines as represented by HGP. It is through Panem World that HGP is able to provide a medium for Philippine-based HG fans to connect with other fans all over the world. Moreover, through Panem World, they could get updated with all HG news from different parts of the globe.  

This year, HGP just got bigger as we launched 2012 as the Year of The Hunger Games. HGP is and will be holding different events and online contests throughout the year to celebrate the first year of the Hunger Games movies. We already had the following events: First Philippine Hunger Games, Tracker Jacker: Ultimate Scavenger Hunt, The Hunger Games Movie Premiere and The Hunger Games Movie Block Screening. 

And we are just getting started! Rest assured that we will always do our best to cater to all Pinoy Tributes!
