Tara Macken promoting FilAm TV!

D4 Tribute Tara Macken appeared in a video promoting and inviting everyone in the US to support FilAm TV and the Apl.de.ap Foundation.

In case you haven’t heard, Tara is a half-Filipina who spent part of her childhood in the Philippines.
